For those who don't know WAMP is an acronym for "Windows, Apache, MySQL and PHP" i.e. a word consisting of the first letters of the listed applications.  UNetbootin - first of all, this utility is focused on creating bootable flash drives with all kinds of Linux distributions, but you can also make a bootable Windows 10 flash drive here. Of the features, it is worth highlighting the ability to write an image to physical media directly from the Internet, but this feature will please only Linux lovers, since this OS is distributed completely free of charge. The only disadvantage of the program is the lack of the Russian language.
